This year’s International Women’s Day (IWD), we introduced more experiential elements to deepen reflection, connection, and conversation—made possible with the support of Ricoh Malaysia and 30% Club Malaysia as Impact Sponsors, AICB Centre of Excellence as Venue Partner, and Endeavor Malaysia as Supporting Partner.

Highlights included Poetry Across Generations, a multi-generational piece reflecting women’s shared realities, and The Unequal Race, a non-verbal performance illustrating systemic barriers and the importance of collective support. Our Story Circles, led by 12 facilitators, created space for open dialogue across themes such as caregiving, identity, leadership, and allyship—bringing to life the spirit of #GiveToGain.

Leaders and speakers including Anne Abraham, Alice Lee, Nurul A'in Abdul Latif, Tan Sri Dr. Rebecca Sta Maria, and Datuk Yvonne Chia also shared perspectives on advancing inclusion, the role of allyship, and the importance of shaping more equitable systems.
