Since 2011, LeadWomen has been on a mission to increase women representation at the C-Suite and Board levels. This year, our commitment to this endeavor remains resolute, spurred by the directive from Bursa Malaysia requiring one woman to be represented on the board of public-listed companies.

Although Malaysia has successfully reached its 30% target for women on boards, LeadWomen remains dedicated to advancing our initiatives and contributing to sustained progress in gender diversity within corporate leadership.
