LeadWomen is pleased to open expressions of interest for The Executive Network (TEN) Mentoring Programme 2026 — a curated 3-month mentoring experience designed to foster leadership growth through shared insights, meaningful conversations, and diverse leadership perspectives.
Running from July to October 2026, the programme brings together mentors and mentees in a structured yet conversational learning journey that encourages reflection and cross-level leadership exchange.
This programme is especially encouraged for members who may not have had prior mentoring experience and are looking for a supportive space to learn and grow.
LeadWomen, together with our featured speaker & member, Jun Maria Tan Abdullah invites you to join our upcoming Power Hour!
Performance matters. So do trust, wellbeing, culture, and workforce sustainability. As human capital becomes an increasingly important governance and ESG consideration, Boards and leaders are being challenged to consider not only how performance is achieved, but whether it can be sustained.
This session explores a critical question:
Are the systems designed to drive performance also weakening the conditions needed to sustain it?
Don’t miss this opportunity to engage in a meaningful conversation with us!
This year’s International Women’s Day (IWD), we introduced more experiential elements to deepen reflection, connection, and conversation—made possible with the support of Ricoh Malaysia and 30% Club Malaysia as Impact Sponsors, AICB Centre of Excellence as Venue Partner, and Endeavor Malaysia as Supporting Partner.
Highlights included Poetry Across Generations, a multi-generational piece reflecting women’s shared realities, and The Unequal Race, a non-verbal performance illustrating systemic barriers and the importance of collective support. Our Story Circles, led by 12 facilitators, created space for open dialogue across themes such as caregiving, identity, leadership, and allyship—bringing to life the spirit of #GiveToGain.
Leaders and speakers including Anne Abraham, Alice Lee, Nurul A'in Abdul Latif, Tan Sri Dr. Rebecca Sta Maria, and Datuk Yvonne Chia also shared perspectives on advancing inclusion, the role of allyship, and the importance of shaping more equitable systems.
